SHIPPING AND RETURNS
The delivery of products purchased on www.theandamane.com, takes place on average within 5 working days from the order to Italy and the EU and within 8 days to all other destinations.
Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.
For orders paid by credit card, a working day must be added to the normal shipping times for routine administrative checks.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a Consumer, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason or incurring a penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from when you or any appointed third-parties (i) receive the product or (ii) if several products on one order are delivered separately, from the date the last product was received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Triboo Digitale, with registered office in Milan, Viale Sarca 336, Edificio Sedici, of your decision by accessing the page: my returns of your account or, if you are not a registered user, by accessing the dedicated page and entering the order number and the e-mail with which you made the purchase.
After sending your request, you will receive a withdrawal confirmation email with the returned materials form that must be included in the packaging, and the instructions on how to ship the products. Remember to insert the completed RMA form in the packaging together with the product and send it within and no later that 14 (fourteen)* days after receiving the confirmation email.

If you have received the product, please return it to Triboo Digitale without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you sent notice of your withdrawal. The deadline shall be met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery.Said refunds will be effected using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you request the refund to be made using a different means of payment. In this case, you will be charged all additional costs incurred to refund the amount to the different means of payment you choose. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having despatched the goods, whichever is the earliest.You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Therefore, if the returned goods are found to be damaged (for instance showing signs of wear, abrasion, nicks, scratches, deformation, etc.), not complete with all parts and accessories (including unaltered labels still attached to the product), unaccompanied by the instructions/notes/manuals supplied, the original packaging and packing and the original warranty, if any, the Customer shall be accountable for the decreased value of the product, and be entitled to receive a refund equal to the residual value of the Product. To this purpose, you are kindly requested not to handle the product other than as strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same, and to use the original packaging of the Products plus further protective packaging that will keep them intact and protect them from writing or labels. The refund takes about 14 days.
As an alternative, you can an explicit declaration to Triboo Digitale, using the contact form or email address email@example.com, using the withdrawal form enclosed.
Shipping receipts must be kept for future reference
When our warehouse receives the returned products, we will effect the refund using the same means of payment used to make the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal etc) or by bank transfer. Refunds for orders paid for using the cash on delivery method will be effected by bank transfer.
SELLER'S LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY - RETURN OF FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
In the event of defects or non-conformities, you will be entitled to have the Product restored to conformity, through repair or replacement, or alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
If you have received a damaged, non-conforming, defective or incorrect product, you can request the repair, replacement or refund of the item. Pursuant to and for the purposes of the European Directive 771/2019 / EC and the Consumer Code, the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers conformity defects of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery , it being understood that your action to assert the aforementioned lack of conformity will expiry in any case within the term of twenty-six months from delivery.
To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph - "Return Request" - indicating as the specific reason "Damaged, non-compliant or incorrect product" and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.
Once the procedure has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the return form and all the instructions to proceed with the shipment.
The authorisation to return the product will in no way constitute recognition of the non-conformities, the existence of which must be ascertained by us after the return.
We reserve the right to reimburse the defective item only after carrying out the appropriate quality checks, to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product.
In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will refund you by the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
